Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using CentralCommand ("the Service"), operated by Van Moose ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

CentralCommand is an AI operations control plane that enables governed workflow execution with contract-signed operations, approval gates, and audit trails. The Service is currently available on an invite-only basis.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
  • You must not share API keys or allow unauthorized access to your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
  • Exceed rate limits or circumvent usage restrictions.

5. Workflow Execution & Data

  • You are responsible for the content and configuration of your workflows.
  • Workflow execution may invoke third-party APIs (including AI services) which have their own terms and pricing.
  • We store workflow definitions, execution logs, and audit trails as part of normal platform operation.
  • You retain ownership of your data. We do not claim rights to your workflow content or outputs.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Van Moose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
